Yoga Nidra generic (guided meditation) 

20 minute versionYoga Nidra rids you of receptive thinking patterns if you use it daily for an extended period of time. There is no movement involved - you just lay there. It is like a guided meditation. Find one you like on YouTube, one that's a length of time you are able to do it, & someone you resinate with. This is one I happen to like but it is very much an individual thing!
